Richard, this was the web document design in MyInfo 3. It has its drawbacks too, but I agree that the current implementation of the single pane web document layout needs improvement. I will see what we can do about it.

Bug confirmed. It will be fixed in the next service release.

Hyperlinks within documents are not yet part of MyInfo. I think that this feature will have to wait for version 5, because it requires changes to the file format of the topics...

In order to do that, the current plugin will be of little use to you. What you really need is the Send To MyInfo section of our SDK, available here:

Alex, we have found a search indexing problem, which may be the reason for your problems. We are going to release a minor update of MyInfo, when we fix it (along with some other issues).

No, you are doing it right. MyInfo search works that way by design. We are open to suggestions for improvement of that area in the next versions though..

Glen, this is so by design. In Filter view the order of the documents is not set initially, so there is no problem to sort it on the fly.
