We will release an update very soon, where the phrase search will be case-insensitive , because we see that this creates more confusion, than helping. Done: http://www.milenix.com/blog/small-update-myinfo-421/ Petko, I installed version 4.2, and phrase search with double quotes seems to work for me...

There is no error in the help file - it should work with double quotes (and it should not find phrases, when using single quotes). I am trying to reproduce this problem, but it works for me. MyInfo can export to a single RTF file. Maybe the name of the option should be changed to make it easier to find ( Export > Text Or Web Page ).
