Insert web document as local copy
It would be user-friendly to correctly label a web document inserted as a local copy. Right now, after inserting a web document, I think there is no way to tell whether it is a local copy or simply a link. To help distinguish, the title on the top frame could say "Web Resource (Local Copy)"...

Petko, This problem was reported in version 4.31. Your response indicates that it has been fixed and a new download is available, but the latest version available for download is still 4.31. Does that mean 4.31 distribution has been overwritten with a new update? Should everyone who already installe...

COPY/PASTE (from web page) and SAVE issues in 4.31
I probably spoke too soon with my previous post :? When copying and pasting snippets of text multiple times from the same browser page, MyInfo seems to slow down progressively and eventually hangs after about a dozen copy/paste operations. Say, you copy and paste a small paragraph, and then another ...

Access Violation when clicking on a tag
I am getting access violation when clicking on a tag in the tree view to find documents that has the tag. This happens consistently in certain topics only. In all cases, the error seems to be triggered from the same location in the software. See stack info below. The version is 4.31. After the error...

COPY/PASTE (from web page) and SAVE issues in 4.31
I had encountered several crashes due to "index out of bound" in version 4.30 when copying and pasting from IE7. It appears that version 4.31 has fixed this issue. I installed 4.31 and pasted from the same IE window and clipboard that caused 4.30 to crash, and it worked fine. Hopefully 4.3...

It is expected behavior for Search to skip documents that the user doesn't have permission to access. Otherwise, it would be a security hole. Here, if an encrypted topic is not open at the time of the search, the user (whoever that user is) simply doesn't have access to it. Therefore, skipping it is...

Cloned documents
I deleted a document that has a clone and thought that the clone will be automatically deleted. But the clone survived. I can imagine scenarios that argue for not deleting the clones, so I am assuming that it is the expected behavior. However, when deleting a document, a warning message would be hel...
Indexing
Petko,
When documents are deleted, moved or modified, do the relevant index entries get deleted/updated? If not, does re-indexing clean them up?
Is it advisible to reindex periodically?

It would be nice to make the default behavior for an encrypted topic to hide itself at initial start up. Currently the default behavior is that the [encrypted] topic will try to show itself up and prompt for a password. The option you propose will be considered for the next versions. Petko, this ha...
