I haven't been using MyInfo for a few months because it has stopped running well on my computer. When it starts the interface is blank and non-responsive; I just get the spinning "wait" icon. From there it sometimes eventually starts and sometimes it never does respond and I must end the process. When it does start it is very slow and often goes into "wait" mode. When that occurs I usually just shut it down. Events listed in the Event log are sparse - just says that MyInfo stopped interacting with Windows.
This has been occurring since roughly May or June. I haven't changed any settings in MyInfo; my database is extremely small: less than 3 MB total. Is it possible that a Windows Update patch has affected it?
Has anyone else seen similar issues?
