.MIO files in cloud folder is not synced when it is opened.

I save MIO files in OneDrive folder, expecting that it will sync and available for me to access at home. However, it seems that OneDrive is always in the status "processing changes". It will not sync as long as that MIO file is opened.

How to solve this problem?

Do you have the file open on your other computer? That could be the problem.

Since MyInfo opens the files for writing, this could cause a problem with OneDrive, Dropbox and other similar applications. Probably you need to close the file before going to the other computer.
