losing priority status

Post by sibylle »

Hi - I can't get the priority status for a document to "stick".

I have a large tree with 3 levels for all my tasks, and to ensure I see quickly which ones are most urgent, I set their priorities to high and display the priority column in the tree view. Whenever I close the app, however, that information is lost, i.e. everything is set back to normal priority.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any ETA for fixing? I'm currently still in the 30-day eval phase and like MyInfo a lot otherwise, but not being able to set priorities is a big problem for me given how I'd use the app.

Any help is appreciated.

cheers

I can confirm that this is a problem in the version 3.05. It will be fixed when we return from holidays on 5 July.
