Allow selecting multiple items with a Filter or Tag result

One way to extend the power of filters is to be able to:
1. Filter
2. Apply a tag to all the results.
E.g., I'd like to be able to search amongst *only* projects. I assign a special icon for projects so I know what's a project. (I posted this problem elsewhere and suggested the ability to do a keyword search on a filtered list. This is another solution to that problem)>
1. Activate my "Projects" filter
2. Select all results
3. Edit Tag to include "Project".
Now, to find a project about Adwords, I search on "Project Adwords"
