MyInfo will not open one of my topics. There is no error message.

A Tab displays briefly when I open it, but then it disappears.

I cannot open the backup either, but I can open the Verified backup file.

Is there any way to recover information from the Topic file that MyInfo will not open?

Could you please send us the file at support@milenix.com to test it out?
