Re: secure notes: password protection

Hi Louisfx,

It is on Petko's list to add. I asked him to do it a while ago and he said he would do it. It is just a matter of when.

Re: Losing taskbar pin on update

Hi Meeraak915, Here is what I know. I have been emailing Petko. There was a problem with the build numbers. Petko is working on resolving that. What happened was the update said that build number was 6885 when it fact the program would not change the build number from 6865 to 6885. The latest build ...

Re: Colors, contrast, font appearance etc.

No worries Bevanj. I agree with you. This does not bother me as much. I usually use the font Verdana or Tahoma because these fonts are the most legible fonts. I used Verdana on my resume. I was told by a writing expert to use either one of these fonts. I do prefer a blacker font but I know I can bol...

Re: Colors, contrast, font appearance etc.

Hi Bevanj,

Thanks but I was not the person complaining. I was pointing out to the previous forum posts on what Petko had to say about the fonts. If you read the post that I included Petko gives a better explanation about the situation.

Re: Colors, contrast, font appearance etc.

Hi Bill & Tester,

I found the post that Bill brought up. According to Petko, the editor is based on Chromium. According to the post, it can't be altered. You can read the post here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5824

Re: bug in editor pane zoom?

Hi Michael, I have had a similar issue. When I setup a reminder, the reminder did not go off on the time that was set. I did a refresh the notebook and the reminder went off as it should. Not sure it is a bug. I did email Petko about it but never heard back. You may want to try and refresh the noteb...

Re: View->Templates crash in 7.0.9

Hi Gunars,

I am using version 7.09. I tried exactly what you just laid out. Myinfo doesn't crash on me. Is there any other additional info that you may have forgotten to add like adding a file or something?

Re: First feedback of 7.0.8

Hi Peter, I have emailed Petko and he will be putting in a local help file when time is appropriate. If you look under the Tools menu, there is a find text and a replace text selection so I think that is what you are looking for. Stateys are pretty much icons or flags to identify an entry. You can a...

Re: Export limits (MyInfo 7)

I don't seem to have any problems exporting documents. It may depend on how much memory you have. I have quite a bit. I also use SSD and NVMe drives and not regular hard drives. They are much faster and more reliable. I am also using an I7 processor. I think these things have something to do with an...

Re: How to search with apostrophe in text?

I tried this. The program does not crash. I get a message that there are no notes containing '. It works with double quotes ". There is definitely an issue with searching for a single quote.

Great! Glad it worked. Unfortunately we all do things that we don't realize that we did something. I am in the coputer support field. It happens quite often.

Re: [7.05 build 6385] portable version - can't edit the notes

I have the same version. I am also using the portable version. I don't have that problem. I created a note and was to edit it with no issue. I have no idea why you can't edit the note. You did not happen to lock the note by mistake so it was read only?
