If you export to Folder and Files (exports to RTF automatically) it doesn't include notes with nothing in the body of the note.

If there's only a Title it doesn't export any file.

It should export all the notes I would think.

Yes, assuming you mean in the Editor / Notes (Tree bookmarks you double click).

Tools > Options > Advanced - (Under "Compatibility")
Check the box - Editor: Single mouse click opens hyperlinks.
