MyInfo for Blackberry Playbook and Android ?
I'm wondering if there might be any plans for a portable version? If so, please do consider making something for the Blackberry Playbook? Crazy idea? I think there might be a big, pent-up demand for a good tree-type organizer for the Playbook, especially something that might be able to sync with a d...

Re: Images
TreeDBnotes had a great image editor feature- you could easily change the format of an image and select from tiff, jpeg, gif, png, gif, etc and adjust the compression ratio. It would also show the current size of the photo, so it was easier for the user to try to keep photo images small when quality...

Re: Some thoughts about tags in MyInfo
I would love to see some improvements to the TAGs feature. More specifically, the following features might be of considerable use to many users, especially to researchers trying to categorized the content of documents and link documents. 1. The ability to link one sentence in one document to a place...

Re: Sales demotivators
Glen, thanks for those suggestions too. They seem well-thought out and cover some of the things I'd like to see too. The first post by Brains is such an incoherent and incomprehensible mash that seems unproductively sarcastic (thought its hard to understand any of it). I suspect most of us would pre...

Re: Outlook Integration Update?
Outlook integration would be nice. For business users, I can understand why they must use Outlook But I'd far prefer to see integration for the open-source mail app Thunderbird. I painstakingly switched from Outlook years ago, and never ever want to go back. Being able to integrate some way with Thu...

Re: Two Hints
Some good points listed here. However the text is far too verbose and the main points are not consise or easily followed by the average reader.

@ gcoulthard: I see you are also a CRIMPer :) I am using also MyNotesKeeper as my "workhorse", MyBase as a picture-album and pdf-depository and Scrapbook for Firefox for my web-clippings (don't know if you tried it out - it's the BEST web-capture utility, 99% of the pages you save with it...

Re: Problem with importing text from LibreOffice 3.4.5
Thank you for going to so much trouble to check this problem for me! You encourged me to go back, and test to see if the problem still exists or not. (Recently I have been forced to use MS WORD to ensure better document sharing with others, and so have not been using LibreOffice as much as I would l...

Re: Problem with importing text from LibreOffice 3.4.5
Is no one else having this problem? Doesn't anyone use LibreOffice? I personally can't stand using MS Word most of the time. Especially after Office 2007 with its 'ribbon menu' system- completely unintuitive and an amazing exercise in frustration. This cut-and-paste problem is still happening. I hop...

Re: Size of Topic Files increases unreasonably
Yes, I would also like to see some news about this issue.
And I'm looking forward to seeing a 6.07 release. But of course everybody likes new releases!
I'd especially like to see
- writing tools I mentions- specifically a word-count tool
- an improved web-clipping tool

Re: interface is very slow when minimizing then switching ba
Thank you. I checked Options / Advanced and "Save on Minimize" is not checked. (also, strangely, it is the 2nd item from the top on my version 6.06. When my computer is running on battery, the problem is more pronounced. But when plugged in, this should not be happening at all. I wonder wh...

Re: interface is very slow when minimizing then switching ba
Hi! I was not able to find any option "Allways save on minimize" In my tools-options-save there are only the following options: - Always create backup copy (turned ON) - Automatic save (every 10 min -- turned ON) - Automatic save on exit (turned OFF) The program is still very slow in respo...

Re: interface is very slow when minimizing then switching ba
I'm using the Thinkpad w520 plugged in on full power. Its a power-house, without a doubt. I have no idea why MyInfo is so slow when minimizing and then switching back. But I am fairly sure that hardware is not the reason. I hope the developer can have a look at this issue and see if something can be...
