I agree this is a better way to handle the Save on Minimize problems. We will add this option in the next update.

This is a problem in the current version. We will fix it in the next update.
Until then, use Is More Than 0 instead.

In the new update Shift+Ctrl+G shows the tags editor and Shift+Ctrl+H (all other letters in comment are already used in other hotkeys!) show the comment editor.

Note that comment/tags column should be visible for these hotkeys to work.

I was thinking that it might be time to think about putting a Properties menu item on the document right-click menu, which pulls up a Properties dialog where you can set document attributes and stuff like sensitivity, status, comments etc without necessarily having to display those coloumns? I thin...

Re: file linking problems

I can successfully link to and open local folders, word files etc, but NOT local PDF files... They won't launch when created as links inside a document - nor when created as a tree node/topic. Everything about a PDF file link looks right, but the PDF file won't view (read only) or launch... ?? Ian,...

The problem is that they are used in both the tag and the comment editor. So when tag & comment editors are closed, which of both should pressing Ctrl+Enter open? That's why it will be better to have two separate hotkeys - on for the comment editor and one for the tag editor.

I can confirm that this is a problem. It happens when displaying results from a topic, which is open, but not the active one. This will be fixed in the next version.

Ian, this is correct. However Outlook offers a standard way to get a copy of an item, however linking to an item requires much different approach, which is currently not an option for MyInfo.

Re: Cloning/linking across topics

It will be nice if MyInfo can recognize the link without going through the browser and not display the web browser tab. I am not sure that I understand that one. All you need to do, in order to insert a link to document in other topic, is to copy the link to that topic using the Copy Link To This D...

We will think about it. Ctrl+Enter and Ctrl+Esc are not an option here, because they are used in both tag editor and comment editor, but we will think for alternatives.

It changes the current web document link to match the page, which you browse at the moment. This is a quick way to change the web document web address.

Thank you for notifying this. The error appers only when your have clicked on a document with web resource or embedded file, which has no text. You have to click on a normal document first, in order to close the search results.

It is a bug and will be fixed ASAP.
