Hyperlinks between topics?
It appears I can only hyperlink between documents in same topic, not between different topics. Thought I'd check here to be sure I haven't missed something. Can I link between documents in different topics?

Re: Sync MyInfo between two computers?
Fred, I agree that Dropbox doesn't provide the full-scale syncing that one needs for collaboration. I thought the question was merely about syncing files from one computer to another, and for that purpose it works very nicely. My question was indeed just about syncing from one computer to another, ...

Re: Sync MyInfo between two computers?
I use Dropbox for that purpose. It works very smoothly, though if you specify your default MyInfo folder as outside the Dropbox directory, you will have to remember to copy files between the MyInfo folder and the Dropbox folder from time to time. Thanks for this suggestion. Never heard of Dropbox -...

STILL no reminder function?
I gave up using MyInfo in early April because a reminder function was (and is) essential for me. Today I downloaded version 5 assuming that after all the discussion about reminders in this forum, they would have surely added it by now. STUNNED to discover still no reminder. I can't understand this w...

Sync MyInfo between two computers?

It will be based on document's due date and will notify you in a non-intruding way that items are due (in contrast of Outlook's way of doing it), so it will not interrupt the work flow of the application. I'm so glad to hear this. However, for me, and I suspect for a lot of other people as well, a ...

Harping again about REMINDERS
I have used MyInfo long enough now in trial version to know I am extremely pleased with it, but like others before me, I declare again that a reminder function is common in this type of program and I am puzzled at what seems to be the publisher's resistance to the idea. It is a function that goes ri...

Okay, my decision goes to the other product. Well, what product IS it, Sascha? It's not against any rules to mention the name of it here. I'm curious because I didn't find anything that comes close to MyInfo and I looked at quite a few. I do think that your decision to go with another product might...

I agree with CyberCrone. ......... This is the last missing feature for me to buy this product; guaranteed ;) I bet you'll end up buying it anyway, Sascha. Despite a couple of missing features, the ones it does have are heads above similar programs, so I bought it anyway some time after my initial ...

Alarm/alert/reminder function
I see that this has been mentioned at least a couple of times, but I want to add my voice to those that wish for a reminder function of some sort. Seems like a basic and crucial function for any program that has to-do feature. That said, I do want to say that except for that, MyInfo was a great find...
