Petko, I noticed this behavior. In one of my topic files, I have about 1000 documents. No attachments at all - only text. Originally the file is about 4 MB. However, I rearrange the topics a lot. I cut and paste, create sub documents and move them around a lot. I edit the text a lot, but it does not...

Or you could create a new uservoice.com page for MyInfo 6 (or 7).

Or use the suggestions from the current uservoice.com page to create a custom made survey
for existing customers only.
