Currently not actual a 'need', but more observational. Why is conditional formatting put on database level, and not on section level. So you can modify the formatting for each section separately if desired. Obviously with an option to 'share' some settings across the full database

I'm importing PDF's, but the empty notes Conditional formatting is always applied. Obviously it's possible to correct that.. but well having 50 databases already at this point.
