Re: highlighting search terms
It's a simple search of one word.

[confirmed] creating a new note (version 7)
When I use the command to create a new note, it won't do so as long as I have the results of a search in the title column. If I clear the search, then it is able to create a note.
This strikes me as awkward.

Re: "clear filter notes"
I've now double-checked, and I find the X command does in fact work on the screen of my Surface Pro. So once again the problem seems to be connected with my medium-resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels, 23") second screen.

highlighting search terms
When I do a search (in version 7), the search terms are not highlighted in the individual notes. Is that how it's supposed to be, or am I doing something wrong?

Re: font appearance in MyInfo 7
Yes, the text editor. I've experimented with other fonts, but they're not much better. My temporary solution is just to enlarge the text area to about 110%. I'm glad you're at least aware of the problem.

font appearance in MyInfo 7
My usual font is Georgia, and I notice that in MyInfo 7 it looks rather gray and washed-out. (That's not true in MyInfo 6, by the way.) I've compared it with texts in Georgia in other programs, and what I'm seeing on the screen in MyInfo is definitely more grayish. I've also experimented with other ...

[fixed] "clear filter notes"
That command (the X at the right of the search box) doesn't work for me in MyInfo 7. Is anyone else having that problem?

Re: Side by side display of 2 documents.
I don't know the answer to this question, but I am very curious about it too. Side-by-side display is something I do frequently in MyInfo 6 and other apps.

Re: Attributes
I should add that there is a similar problem in the Global Search column: the font is immense. And it doesn't seem to matter whether I open MyInfo first on my laptop or on the external monitor (so I am not moving between monitors).
It makes global search unusable for me at the moment.

Attributes
A problem with attributes in MyInfo 7: When I type within an attribute column, the font becomes immense. This does not happen on my original screen (a Surface Pro), but the extreme enlargement of the font is there when I have shifted the MyInfo window over to the larger external monitor that I norma...

checkboxes
I'm pleased to have checkboxes now, but I'm wondering if it's possible to search for them (distinguishing between checked and unchecked boxes)?

I'm pleased to see that in the latest release the font in the global search panel has reverted to its normal size.

Search results. The font size for the queries is what I would expect.

Global search column
As I was transferring some old notebooks into MyInfo 7 today, I noticed that the font used in the global search column suddenly became extremely large. I have no idea how to reduce it to its original size. I investigated the format > styles menu, but I could not find a style for the search column. H...

Re: changing folders
Thanks. I did it so long ago in MyInfo 6 that I had forgotten this procedure.
I am busily moving my old files into MyInfo 7, and so far I am very impressed by the improvements. Congratulations.
