Format "done" tasks style to eliminate crossout?

As you know, when we click the completed checkbox on a task, the default format automatically crosses out the title. I want to change this so the title is not crossed out, but so far I haven't been able to find a way to do this. Am I missing something? (Probably)

Go to "Tools / Options"
Select "Tasks & Reminders"
Unselect "Strikeout completed tasks"
