Try to restart Windows, reinstall MyInfo, and if that does not help, you can try deleting the customization registry branch in order to reset the menu and toolbars like this:
- Open Windows Registry Editor (Start > Run > "regedit"
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Milenix\MyInfo\6\WorkspaceEx
- Delete the whole WorkspaceEx branch
Thanks. Will try..

Rebooted
Installed 6.38 over current.
Still no difference - blank
Deleted the whole WorkspaceEx branch
Rebooted
Started again - still the same
Uninstalled Myinfo from Apps
Rebooted
Installed 638 - Still the same.
WorkspaceEx branch back again.
Not sure what to do now.

I deleted Myinfo from Apps on the PC, also moved folder in Programs, so no trace of it (Didn't check Registry)
Rebooted
Installed new 638 version but it still did not show Toolbars etc.
(So there must be something that is configuring the install like tghe old install)
Changed Right Click Toolbar options which gave me the image here, but still no Search , Editing, or Text along top.
Through Open Folder option, I opened the correct mio however two tabs opened.
You can see the green and red tabs on this image. I close one.
Without a Search option I cannot check on last entry however the Document data at the bottom looks correct.
I am at a loss and can't understand why this would happen in the first place. In all the years never had this.
Any idea what to try now ?
Here is the Workspace in Registry.
Is there a log somewhere that will show errors?
Thanks

So, now you can see everything except the search toolbar?
You can try the following about the search:
1. Go to Tools > Customize.
2. Click on the Search toolbar in the Toolbars tab (also be sure that the checkbox in front of it is checked).
3. Click the Reset button and then OK.
P.S.: I can't remember anyone else reporting an issue like yours, so I am just offering you things that might work, but are not guaranteed to do so..

Yes i know it's a weird one for sure.
Today, after the PC being off overnight, I was able to get changes uses that right click Customise.
Yesterday it only showed blank boxes but now they have populated okay, and show the Search and Format etc.
Seems like the only thing missing now is the text across the top.

You can reset the menu the same way as the Search toolbar. Just select Main Menu in the Customize dialog and click Reset.
It was fine for a few days except for the text along the top (File Edit etc) but when I closed and opened again, then had to reset everything again.
Any idea what could be causing this? It is obviously not getting info, from a file somewhere.
The text across the top is also a mystery. Where does that text come from.
Is there a error log I can access?
Sorry Petko but there has to be an answer somewhere.
It works fine on my other PC. Both are Dell and both have Win 10 1903 now.
I have cleared the Workspace registry and deleted all traces of it, then reinstalled it, but it is still the same.
It's driving my secretary nuts.
I know you don't need a headache but..

Menu and toolbar configurations are stored in the Windows Registry. So, I think that something on this computer is messing up with the registry and is causing this issue. Most of the cases when something strange happens, it is an overly aggressive antivirus application to blame. So, does this computer have one? It is possible to "whitelist" MyInfo in it?
