Backing Up Custom Pin Tags

A while ago I spent ages setting up custom pin tags. Then not long after I lost them all...
Now I've set them up again, I would like to do something to back them up so if the cloud sync glitch occurs again I'll not have to spent a fair amount of time setting them up yet again.
How can I do this?
