Unable to write or add notes to restored notebook

I have had to restore a notebook that lost all its data. However although I've got the data back I can't add to or paste images into existing notes. Nor can I add a new note.

Do you still have this problem? Even after restarting MyInfo?

After restarting MyInfo, yes the problem persisted. I eventually overcame it by using a backup made with other backup software.

Can you send me the locked notebook at support@milenix.com, so I can test what caused this and how it can be prevented in the future?
