And why btw is Myinfo 7 so slow?
And starting very slow. My notebooks are very small yet.

Every section (and possible every database?) is running in a separate process (similar to Chrome; where every tab has it's own process). next to main instance.. regulating all other processes.. Currently there is no way to unload a sections separately. Only closing a database & re-opening.. Or closing everything

Starting slow? Do you have a kind of measure? It's not blazingly fast, but not extremely slow (at least for me). Didn't count exactly but around 15-20 seconds? And not slower compared to Chrome/Vivaldi (or any other Chromium based browser) launching.

Not sure how bookmark notes and attached files are handled.. But could also be another process. At least wouldn't be exceptional surprised

Each section has its own copy of the text editor which requires a new process. At some point maybe there will be optimization to close sections that are open, but not used for a while.
