It would be very convenient if you could insert the various document state icons, directly from the toolbar. For example, I'd like to be able to click on a Task icon on the toolbar to insert a task with a single click. Right now, you have to first insert a document and then change the document state icon to a task.

Also, do you plan to allow users to customize the document state icons and menus? I'd like to be able to rearrange the document state menus and add/remove icons. There are some icons and menus that I will never use and there are others that I would like to add.
