Link to External Programs

I'm trying out MyInfo as a tool for RPG management. I use some external .exe tools like random generators, etc. It would be nice to be able to add these to a 'toolbox' of sorts. I can add a .lnk as an embedded document and tell the internal browser to automatically open it, but it launches whenever you single click the document in the tree, and still prompts 'are you sure...'.
