[added in mi35]Delete / Rename Tag Function

MyInfo needs a "Delete Tag" function that would remove the specified tag from all documents that contain it. It also needs a "Rename Tag" function.
After having added a tag to over a hundred documents, I've now decided that the tag is redundant and I want to get rid of it. However, the only way I can remove it is to edit each document individually, which would be a ridiculous waste of time.
The tagging feature is great, but it needs some additional enhancements such as the one described above, to make it more usable.
