The Perspectives column on the left - how do I remove it?
(V8 - latest).

Also, how do I paste a picture into this post?

You can use the button with the left arrow next to the quick filter text box.

Bottom of screen, Attachments Tab. It shows when you go to Post Reply.

I don't have a left arrow.
Also, there is no quick filter text box - I didn't find an option for it in the menu.
So how do I remove the Perspectives column?

Here is a picture of what my screen looks like:

Thanks.

Sounds like you have this option checked. Uncheck it.

Options > Advanced > Compatibility

Note List: Hide Quick Filter (Uncheck this)

It'll then show the Quick Filter box along with the arrow to the left of it to close the Perspective column.

Thanks - your solution worked!

So this is the solution:-
Uncheck "Note List: Hide Quick Filter" to get the left arrow to show. Then click the left arrow to remove Perspectives.
Then check "Note List: Hide Quick Filter" again to Hide quick filter.

Thanks lbw2112 !
