[confirmed] Insert Horizontal Line fails in Note in New Window

Thought you might want to know about this minor glitch:
1. Open a Note in a new window
2. Menu | Insert | Horizontal line
3. Nothing happens

Close the window and Insert Horizontal Line does work in main editor.
