Is there any way to have automatic sorting by attributes when we select a Tag from the Tag tab?

A very belated reply to your question. Yes, just click on the name of an attribute at the top of the list. The list will then be sorted alphabetically or numerically by that attribute.

I use a variation of this technique quite often, because for historical research, I try to assign a date attribute to each document if possible. Then from time to time I switch over to the filter screen and click on the date attribute. That gives me a list of all my documents in chronological order.
