[fixed in 6.09] BUG: Export to WebSite --> Links not working

I have encountered a serious bug with the Export to WebSite option of MyInfo. In a document with heavy use of internal links (to other documents in the tree as well as to specific parts inside a document ["Anchors" - copy link to this paragraph]), everything is OK while in MyInfo.
However, as soon as the whole topic is exported to a WebSite, many of the links are not working anymore, ie "Page not found" is displayed in the browser. The funny part is that I have the strong feeling that the pages which are not found are not always the same (ie they differ from export to export).

This is a serious problem for my workflow, as the html export is (was) the only viable for me to use the MyInfo data on my android device.
