Hi,

I have two newbie questions:

1. When I import folders / files = the PDF, Excel, etc files are now in the myinfo.mnb notebook? If I move or delete the file, myinfo still has it? I'm just trying to figure out if myinfo links to the file or imports it.

2. I want to use this for genealogy. Question - if I create various various projects in the same file and properly tag the work, I can link research topics easily? I would like sections where I research locations (cities, counties), people, and groups (military regiments, etc.).

Ted,

1) Yes, these files are stored inside the notebook (.mnb file).

2) Yes, you can create different sections for the different topics and link different records/notes from one section to notes in another sections.
