Issue: The second operator "OR" doesn't return expected results in "Global Search" (results excluded instead).

Hi. I'm using MyInfo 7.2 [7182].
As shown in the screen-recording below, the first operator "OR" returns the expected results in the "Global Search" (i.e. two notes were listed).
However, using a second operator "OR" doesn't return expected results (i.e. just one note was listed, but three notes were expected to be listed).
